Online Merchandise Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Modern Yoga gear as much as we love seeing you in it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

RETURNS

Online merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In its original condition

Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of wear

Returned with all original tags attached

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or clearance merchandise marked “Final Sale”

Gift cards

Used yoga mats or fitness equipment

Opened personal-care or wellness products

Customized or personalized merchandise

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or color? If the item is available, we’re happy to exchange eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Because inventory can move quickly, we cannot guarantee that a replacement size, color, or style will be available.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the merchandise arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Modern Yoga as soon as possible after receiving it. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll work to make it right.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

IN-STUDIO PURCHASES

This policy applies specifically to merchandise purchased through the Modern Yoga online store. Merchandise purchased directly at the studio may be subject to a separate in-studio return policy.
