Wall Ropes!

Come play on the ropes! Eddie and Kristin have had profound deepening of their practices using the ropes over the years. Not only are they fun and exciting, but they give you access into places in your body that aren’t easily accessible in a home practice or general class. We will explore all different types of poses from Standing work to inversions, backbends and forward bends using the ropes! This class is not to be missed!
