You MUST pre-register for all classes, since we are limiting class sizes.  An active class package and a signed liability waiver is required to book a class.  You may purchase classes and sign the waiver all through the Modern Yoga app or a  web browser.
  • Yoga mat rentals are available for $3 at the front desk.

  • Sweat towel rentals are available for $1 each.

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to secure your reserved spot.

  • You may request to join the “Waitlist” if the desired class is full. Check back on the app regularly to see if you’ve been added from the Waitlist to the class.

    • If you opted to receive text notifications, you will receive a text notifying you that you’ve been added to class.

    • If you opted to receive email notifications, you will receive an email notifying you that you’ve been added to class.

  • Because of limited space and high demand, we are enforcing a 3 hour cancellation policy (this requires a valid credit card on file).  Canceling less than 3 hours prior to your class will result in a no-show fee of $25.  This is to ensure all those who are wanting to practice are given the opportunity.  

  • If you feel even slightly unwell, please stay home. If any yogi appears to be exhibiting symptoms, we will ask them to leave the studio to ensure the safest space possible for our students and team members.

  • If you need to leave class early, please let the teacher know before class begins, and do not leave before savasana (resting pose) begins to avoid disturbing other students. Remember that savasana is a crucial element of yoga class — and it does not take more than a few minutes.
