Workshop Cancellation Policy:

Out-of-town teachers with workshops scheduled will require a 30 day cancellation for a full refund. Less than 30 days will result in a studio credit and less than 7 days will result in a partial credit. Less than 24-hours will result in no refund or credit.

Non out-of-town guest teachers will require a 14 day cancellation notice for a full refund, less than 7 days will result in a studio credit. Less than 24-hours will result in no refund or credit. 

Holiday Late Cancel & No Show Policy for: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve & New Years Day. Due to the limited availability of spaces in class, Modern Yoga has instituted a "No Show and Late Cancellation Fee" policy that will result in a $25 fee if you cancel your reservation with less than 3 hours' notice or do not show up for your class. Students who cancel their reservations at least 3 hours in advance will not be charged a fee. Timely cancellation will allow your space in class to be offered to another student. The class will be returned to your account and the $25 fee will be charged. We ask that you call or text the studio phone if you are within 3 hours of your scheduled class, and at our discretion we may wave the fee. *It is your responsibility to cancel your reservation from the waitlist or check to see if you have been added to the class.

Refunds:

Class packages are not refundable and cannot be exchanged towards retail. Please check our online schedule for the latest class days and times (subject to change). Unlimited packages cannot be paused or extended. 

Merchandise Returns and Exchanges Policy:

We take great pride in the quality and excellent value of the retail items we carry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return unused items in their original condition within 7 days (tag must be attached). Used items cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
