Courtney views yoga as an ongoing journey and is passionate about sharing her knowledge and energy with others. She believes her spiritual practice is key to living a happy, vibrant life. Her classes are designed to bring awareness to the mind, body, and soul and will leave you feeling transformed. Courtney blends movement with breath and uses unique, mindful transitions combined with insightful alignment cues. She strives to strengthen her students' spiritual and physical practice by focusing on the present. Courtney earned her 200-hour yoga certification through Dave's Astanga Yoga.
